POE2 Bot – Terms of Service

By adding or using the POE2 Dictionary Discord Bot ("the Bot"), you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. About the Bot​

The Bot is a free, community tool that provides Path of Exile 2 game information — including patch note broadcasts, currency price lookups, and dictionary search — within Discord servers.

2. Eligibility​

You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines when using the Bot. The Bot is not intended for users under the age of 13.

3. Acceptable Use​

You agree not to:

• Spam or abuse Bot commands to disrupt service for other users
• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Bot
• Use the Bot for any purpose other than its intended game information features
• Submit false, abusive, or malicious content through /poe2-report

4. Availability​

The Bot is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be added, changed, or removed at any time without notice.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties​

The Bot is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Game data (prices, patch notes, item information) is sourced from third parties and may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate. We are not responsible for decisions made based on Bot output.

6. Limitation of Liability​

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Bot owner shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Bot.

7. Removal​

We reserve the right to remove the Bot from any server that violates these terms, at our sole discretion.

8. Changes​

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
